這次，我們與茶師對話。
與花蓮舞鶴村「清風茶園」三代主謝 茗遠先生合作（2024世界綠茶大賽最高獎金賞得主），打造最高品質的「蜜香紅茶」，結合初琴酒創辦人Jay Liao極致的製酒工藝技術，所完成的夢幻逸品。
以舞鶴蜜香紅茶為主要素材，來表現小葉綠蟬成就了大葉烏龍蜜香的特色。

Aromatique / 馥 is a brand‑new series from Debut Gin, created with “people” as its starting point. Through cross‑disciplinary collaborations with artisans from different fields, each edition becomes a new co‑created work.
This time, we enter a dialogue with a tea master.
In collaboration with Mr. Hsieh Ming‑Yuan, the third‑generation owner of Qing Feng Tea Garden in Mahe Village, Hualien—winner of the Grand Gold Prize at the 2024 World Green Tea Contest—we crafted a top‑quality Honey‑Scented Black Tea. Combined with founder Jay Liao’s exceptional gin‑making craftsmanship, the result is a dreamlike creation.
Using Mahe Honey‑Scented Black Tea as the core ingredient, this gin expresses the unique honeyed character created by the small green leafhopper, a signature of Taiwan’s large‑leaf oolong.

With the philosophy of "Dedication and Staying True to Our Roots,"Debut `Gin’ is an independent Taiwanese brand founded by Jay Liao in 2019. Jay has spent years delving into various types of spirits, mastering the arts of blending, brewing, and distillation. His journey began in 2016, culminating in the launch of his first gin in 2019.
Taiwan, the beautiful island of Formosa, is home to over 4,000 species of plants and flowers, making it an ideal place for crafting gin. After three years of research and development, Jay traveled across Taiwan, handpicking dozens of native botanicals and fruits. Through uncompromising distillation techniques, he created a gin that is both pure in taste and rich in flavor.
