以「一生懸命,勿忘初心」為製酒理念,初氈酒 (Debut Gin) 是台灣獨立品牌,由創始人廖偉傑 (Jay Liao) 於2019年創立。Jay 多年來深入研究各式酒類,跨足調製、釀造與蒸餾,並於2016年開始致力於研發,終於在2019年推出首款氈酒作品。

台灣,這塊美麗的福爾摩沙寶島,孕育著四千多種植物花草,非常適合製作氈酒。經過三年的研發,Jay 走遍全台灣,精選出數十種原生植物與水果,透過完美不妥協的蒸餾萃取技術,創造出口感純淨、風味濃郁的工藝氈酒。

初氈酒首次與台灣冠軍茶農合作。
由國內外獲獎無數、花蓮瑞穗鄉舞鶴村「清風茶行」第三代傳人 謝茗遠先生親自操刀,以春天為發想,為初氈酒量身訂做兩款當季特有的「柚花烏龍」與「炭焙烏龍」雙茗品。結合初琴酒製酒技術與選材堅持,創造出兩款當季酒品。以茶葉的多樣性與風味,詮釋春天多變的樣貌,值得您細細品嚐。


With the philosophy of "Dedication and Staying True to Our Roots,"Debut `Gin’ is an independent Taiwanese brand founded by Jay Liao in 2019. Jay has spent years delving into various types of spirits, mastering the arts of blending, brewing, and distillation. His journey began in 2016, culminating in the launch of his first gin in 2019.

Taiwan, the beautiful island of Formosa, is home to over 4,000 species of plants and flowers, making it an ideal place for crafting gin. After three years of research and development, Jay traveled across Taiwan, handpicking dozens of native botanicals and fruits. Through uncompromising distillation techniques, he created a gin that is both pure in taste and rich in flavor.

For the first time, Debut Gin collaborates with a champion tea farmer from Taiwan.

Crafted by Mr. Xie Mingyuan, the third-generation heir of the award-winning "Qingfeng Tea House" in Wuhe Village, Ruisui, Hualien, this special release draws inspiration from spring. Two exclusive seasonal tea blends—"Pomelo Blossom Oolong" and "Charcoal-Roasted Oolong"—have been meticulously tailored for Debut Gin.

Combining Debut Gin’s distillation expertise and commitment to premium ingredients, these two seasonal infusions celebrate the diversity and nuanced flavors of tea, embodying the ever-changing essence of spring.
